Yen Kitchen is a seasonal Vietnamese fast-service Restaurant where “Canadian ingredients are turned into authentic feeling!” By joining Sugar Rush, Chef Yen has created a unique vegan dessert, which is not only addictive, but also serves our hungry vegan fans <3

The pastry is 4 layers of black bean brownie and dark chocolate ganache, topped with squash cream anglaise and chocolate granola crunch. For a bit of whimsy, they make them look like a bag of soil with plants.

Drink: Rhubarb raspberry earl grey tea (decaf), topped up with peach and lychee jelly.

The dessert is nut free and can be gluten free on request.
