ABOUT WINNIPEG VEGFEST
Winnipeg VegFest is the largest vegan and animal rights festival in Manitoba. We are a 100% volunteer-run organization. Our aim is to foster compassion for animals, promote eco-friendly living, educate the public about health and nutrition, and share the rapidly growing world of plant-based cuisine. Our largest event is the annual VegFest. In addition, we have created two new events, VegOut! and SugarRush!, to support local restaurants and our community, and to get the word out about how tasty vegan food can be. We also hold additional events throughout the year as fundraisers and for community outreach such as pop-up dinners, film screenings, and community potlucks.
